Toy Tips and Tricks...
- Always use the charge cord that comes with your toy.
- Don't use a "fast" charger, this can damage the battery.
- Don't overcharge, this can negatively impact battery life.
- Don't charge, or store your toys in extreme heat or cold, this can decrease battery life.
- Do charge on a hard, flat, dry surface to avoid possible overheating.
- Do Not power on your toy while it is plugged in and charging.
- Do charge your toy completely prior to first use...it's helpful to skim over the instructions that come with it, even if you don't want to!
- Do recharge your product when it's low or dead, however allowing it to die before every charge can negatively impact your battery life.
- Do remove the charge cord from the power source when the charge is complete; store it in a safe place, labeled with the toy so you know for certain that cord goes with that toy.
- Do make sure toy is powered down completely before storing.
- DO CLEAN your toy prior to its inaugural run! Our anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, soap-free Mighty Tidy toy cleaner is hands down the best option for cleaning. We recommend using Mighty Tidy before and after every toy use.
- DO use caution when storing toys. They should not touch, this is to avoid any potential chemical reactions/melting of toys. Athena's Purple Velvet Toy Bags are perfect for storing your cords and toys together and keeping them separated from other items in your 'drawer'.
How do you ship?
- As discreetly as possible. Return address will either read AbN or Nikki Kirkpatrick - absolutely nothing that screams "I'm a sex toy!".
- I am moving towards more Earth-friendly packaging - but I have a bunch of bubble wrap and poly mailers that I need to use up.
- As quickly as possible. I am a stock carrying Goddess. However, I am not a "full-time, I have 25 of everything in the catalog" stock carrying Goddess. There may be some items that I have to order & ship to you upon my receipt.
- I make every attempt to use whichever shipping service you chose, but there are times that I am unable to do so. In that case I pick the quickest, most reliable service to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
- Tracking info is usually emailed to you upon creation of shipping label. Please make sure I have a good email address for you.
I want a purple Titan!
- Unless you purchase directly from my stock, I can not guarantee the color of any item you order/purchase is going to match what is in the catalog/online or in my demo. Colors may vary.
What if my toy is broken, or stops working?

For motorized products, we offer a 30-day warranty for a replacement. If your motorized product becomes defective within this period, please reach out to me immediately. I will guide you through the necessary steps to obtain a replacement.
- Please note that our warranty only covers the device itself. Any additional damages caused by using the product are not covered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- For extended product warranties, we recommend referring to our digital catalog. Many of our motorized items have individual extended warranties, which can be found in the product descriptions.
What's your return policy?
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- If you receive a defective product or experience an issue within 30 days of receipt, please contact me directly for assistance. I will get the replacement process started for you. Please note that this policy specifically covers our motorized products.
